Apartment Rates & Booking Terms

● From £65 - £165 per Apartment, per Night.

● Apartments sleep up to 5 guests (maximum 3 adults per Apartment)

● Special rates available for long term lets (Contractors, Hospital Staff etc), please call

for details

● Apartments may take an additional cot, please telephone to confirm that this is

possible. There is a £10 charge per cot per stay

● Unfortunately we are unable to accept dogs/cats & other pets at 45 The Square

● Due to the family nature of our business, we are unable to accept bookings from

Stag/Hen parties

● There is no capacity for extra beds in the Apartments

 

 

 

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At the Time of Booking, a deposit payment of £100 per Apartment is payable by Credit or Debit Card to secure the reservation.

In the event of Cancellation more than 14 days prior to arrival, the £100 deposit will be refunded.

The Balance Payment will be taken from the same card used at the time of Booking 14 days

prior to arrival. In the event that the Balance Payment is not made, the Booking will be forfeited.
